Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover lost time and travel. In such cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the quality of work and safety of your vehicle. We will always communicate this as early as possible and arrange a suitable alternative time. Late Changes & No-Shows Late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling requests, or failure to attend the appointment may result in a fee or refusal of future bookings.
