Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover lost time and travel. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment at no extra cost, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice. We will do our best to offer a new time that suits you as soon as possible. Weather Conditions As B4customz operates as a mobile service, certain services may be affected by adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or extreme cold. In such cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the quality of work and safety of your vehicle. We will always communicate this as early as possible and arrange a suitable alternative time. Late Changes & No-Shows Late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling requests, or failure to attend the appointment may result in a fee or refusal of future bookings. Arrival & Access Please ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location. Delays or inability to access the vehicle may be treated as a missed appointment.
