In such cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the quality of work and safety of your vehicle. We will always communicate this as early as possible and arrange a suitable alternative time. Late Changes & No-Shows Late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling requests, or failure to attend the appointment may result in a fee or refusal of future bookings. Arrival & Access Please ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location. Delays or inability to access the vehicle may be treated as a missed appointment.
