Here is what is included in our professional brake service: 1. Comprehensive Inspection Before we loosen a single bolt, we inspect your entire braking system, including calipers, brake lines, and fluid levels, to ensure there are no hidden issues. 2. Precision Fitment Brake Pads: We remove your worn-out pads, clean the caliper carrier thoroughly to remove built-up brake dust and corrosion, and install premium new pads with high-temperature brake lubricant on the contact points to prevent future squeaking. Brake Discs: If your discs are thin, lipped, or warped, we replace them in pairs (front or rear) to ensure perfectly balanced braking. We always clean the wheel hub surface to a shine before fitting new discs to prevent any lateral runout (vibration). 3. Caliper & Sensor Reset We carefully wind back or retract your brake calipers using specialized tools (including electronic parking brake retraction tools for modern vehicles). If your vehicle uses electronic brake wear sensors, we replace these with brand-new ones to reset your dashboard warning lights. 4. Post-Installation Check We pump the brakes to set the pads against the discs and check the fluid reservoir level. We then perform a low-speed test to ensure everything is biting perfectly before handing the keys back to you.

Weather Conditions As B4customz operates as a mobile service, certain services may be affected by adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or extreme cold. In such cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the quality of work and safety of your vehicle. We will always communicate this as early as possible and arrange a suitable alternative time. Late Changes & No-Shows Late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling requests, or failure to attend the appointment may result in a fee or refusal of future bookings. Arrival & Access Please ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location. Delays or inability to access the vehicle may be treated as a missed appointment.
