Our comprehensive Full Car Service is designed to maintain your car’s performance, improve fuel efficiency, and catch potential issues before they become costly repairs. Here is exactly what we cover during your appointment: 1. Engine & Lubrication Engine Oil Flush & Replacement: We drain the old oil and refill it with premium, manufacturer-approved oil specific to your engine. Filter Replacements: Brand new oil filter, air filter, and cabin/pollen filter to keep your engine breathing freely and your interior air fresh. Spark Plugs: Inspection and replacement (if required based on your vehicle's service interval). 2. Fluids & Levels Checked & Topped Up Screenwash and engine coolant. Brake fluid and power steering fluid. Anti-freeze strength check. 3. Safety & Component Checks Braking System: Full inspection of brake pads, discs, and lines for wear and tear. Tyres & Wheels: Check for tread depth, pressure, and uneven wear (including the spare). Steering & Suspension: Inspection of shock absorbers, springs, and joints. Battery & Electrics: Testing battery health, alternator output, and all exterior lighting. 4. Final Health Report Once we are done, you will receive a digital health report detailing the condition of your vehicle and any advisory items that might need attention in the future. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – B4customz At B4customz, we understand that plans can change. We aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness and availability for all clients. Cancellations If you need to cancel your booking, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with sufficient notice will not incur any charges. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover lost time and travel. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment at no extra cost, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice. We will do our best to offer a new time that suits you as soon as possible. Weather Conditions As B4customz operates as a mobile service, certain services may be affected by adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or extreme cold. In such cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the quality of work and safety of your vehicle. We will always communicate this as early as possible and arrange a suitable alternative time. Late Changes & No-Shows Late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling requests, or failure to attend the appointment may result in a fee or refusal of future bookings. Arrival & Access Please ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location. Delays or inability to access the vehicle may be treated as a missed appointment.
